Lindsay is a doctor of physical therapy-- the 'movement specialist' of the medical community, who draws from extensive knowledge of health, disease, exercise, and movement restoration. She is also an exercise physiologist, certified Pilates instructor, and founder of Elevate Physical Therapy in Berkley, MI.
Lindsay has a passion for movement, nine years of specialized graduate and post-graduate education, and a decade of experience helping others reach their movement goals. She is also the owner of one body, and tries hard to do what she can to help it cooperate with her for the long haul.
