About Elevate
Elevate Physical Therapy was founded in 2019, with a vision of delivering personalized care to keep active people across the state of Michigan happily moving toward their goals. The company's hybrid model of in-person and Telehealth services was designed specifically to encourage busy professionals and parents/caregivers to find time to address the aches and pains that often go to the bottom of their endless to-do lists.

An online consultation at the click of a button, using a secure video conference platform, opens the door to understanding your pain and choosing a clear path to begin feeling better.
